1. About NBAA and IBCN 2027 AUSNZ
NBAA (Nagarathar Business Association of Australia) is the host organisation of IBCN 2027 AUSNZ — the International Business Conference of Nagarathars.
Throughout this document, "NBAA" refers to the host organisation responsible for registration, refunds and event administration, and "IBCN 2027 AUSNZ" refers to the event itself.
2. Registration and Payment
By registering for IBCN 2027 AUSNZ, you agree to these terms and conditions. All prices include GST and are in AUD.

Full payment is required at the time of registration.
Your registration will only be confirmed once NBAA has received your payment. Unless full payment is made, your registration to the event is not confirmed and your place is not reserved.

International bank transfers:
If you are paying from outside Australia, any bank fees or charges associated with the international transfer must be paid by you (the registrant/remitter), not NBAA. Please ensure the full registration amount is received by NBAA after any transfer fees are deducted.
3. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your registration, submit your request in writing to
registrations@ibcnausnz.com.au.
The following cancellation fees apply based on the date we receive your request.

4. Visa Refund Policy — Special Circumstance

If your visa application is rejected
by the Australian government, you will receive a full refund if we receive written proof of visa rejection at least 100 days before 26 November 2027
(by 18 August 2027).

Rejections notified after this date will follow the standard cancellation policy in Section 3.

NBAA will not refund fees for visa rejections caused by incomplete applications or missing documentation.
5. Visa Responsibility

NBAA will provide a letter confirming your registration for IBCN 2027 AUSNZ, along with supporting documents for your visa application.

NBAA will not apply for your visa, manage your visa application, or take responsibility for the visa outcome.

You are responsible for: obtaining your own visa, meeting all visa requirements, and submitting your application to the Australian Department of Home Affairs well in advance.
NBAA strongly recommends applying for your visa at least 6 months before the event.
6. Liability and Cancellation by NBAA
NBAA reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to government restrictions, natural disasters, or public health emergencies.
In such cases, registered participants will receive a full refund or have their registration transferred to a new date, at NBAA's discretion.
NBAA will process the refund as soon as reasonably practicable.
7. General Terms

No transfers:
registrations cannot be transferred to another person without written approval.

Code of conduct:
all participants must comply with the event code of conduct and Australian laws.

Liability:
NBAA and its partners are not liable for loss of earnings, travel costs, or personal injury from your attendance.

Personal information:
your registration data will be used for event administration only.

Changes to program:
NBAA reserves the right to modify the event program, venue, or dates.
By registering, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full.
