Our Journey
From early arrivals in Australia and New Zealand to a vibrant, connected diaspora, the Nagarathar community has grown into a network of professionals, entrepreneurs and families who continue to support one another across borders.
Over 50 years ago, pioneering members of the Nattukottai Nagarathar community arrived in Australia and New Zealand, seeking higher education, career opportunities and new ventures.
What began as individual journeys has evolved into a shared story of growth, resilience and success. Across the decades, the community has stayed closely connected, nurturing values, cultural heritage and a strong spirit of entrepreneurship.
IBCN 2027 is a celebration of community, collaboration and global vision – bringing Nagarathars from across the world together to connect, exchange ideas and build on a legacy of business excellence and cultural unity.
